House Rules
No smoking. No pets. No events, parties, or large gatherings. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Please park a maximum of 3 vehicles in the gravel driveway. The property is waterfront and includes a dock, please supervise children near the water. An exterior security camera is located at the front of the home and faces outward only.
